Job description

You will be an experienced programme or transformation leader with a strong understanding of patient safety, healthcare improvement and digital innovation. You will have experience of working across organisational boundaries, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering complex programmes within challenging and evolving environments. You will bring knowledge of the NHS policy landscape and an appreciation of how data, digital technologies and national standards can support safer care. Experience of patient safety improvement, digital transformation, clinical informatics, healthcare technology or related national programmes would be highly desirable. Most importantly, you will be passionate about improving patient outcomes and reducing harm through evidence-based approaches, collaboration and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the NHS's most important patient safety and digital transformation programmes, helping to shape how technology, data and traceability are used to support safer care for patients across England.
