Job description

A global, technology-led financial organisation is looking to hire a Benefits Specialist to join their expanding team in London. Responsibilities: • Assist with daily benefits administration across EMEA • Serve as a point of contact and constant resource for all EMEA benefits inquiries • Support the International Benefits Lead with the implementation of the EMEA benefits strategy • Liaise with insurance providers, brokers and benefits vendors on the company's and the workers' behalf • Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Mobility, and Finance • Work on special projects including the launch of a new benefits platform Skills: • Around 3-6 years of employee benefits experience • Background working for a global business in industries such as technology, financial services or similar is preferred • HRIS/Benefits administration using Workday preferred • Capable of working both alone and collectively, managing uncertainty, and solving open-ended issues • A degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification preferred
