Bodyshop Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Technician to join our client's busy workshop in Loughton, Essex. Benefits: • Competitive basic salary of £37,440 per annum • Uncapped bonus scheme with potential earnings up to £60,000 OTE • Overtime opportunities available • 40-hour working week, with weekends only when required • Supportive and professional working environment in a well-equipped workshop • Opportunities for skill development across various vehicle repair disciplines Duties of a Bodyshop Technician: • Conduct efficient and high-quality panel repairs to ensure customer satisfaction • Perform mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs as needed • Assist with paintwork and finishing tasks when required • Ensure all repairs comply with safety and quality standards • Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used • Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and productivity targets Requirements of a Bodyshop Technician: • Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or similar role • Multi-skilled with panel beating and MET/auto electrician expertise • Additional paintwork experience is desirable but not essential • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship • Flexibility to work weekends when necessary • Good organisational skills and a professional attitude If you are a versatile Bodyshop Technician seeking a new challenge with excellent earning potential in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.
