Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing and innovative UK business to recruit a Bookkeeper to join their expanding finance team. Having established itself as a leading supplier within its market, the company has built an excellent reputation through its commitment to quality, customer service and continuous improvement. With a growing client base across the UK and ongoing investment in both its operations and internal processes, this is an exciting time to join the business. This Bookkeeper role offers the opportunity to become a key member of a supportive finance team, taking responsibility for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will oversee core bookkeeping activities while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations within a growing organisation. Skills Needed • Previous experience in a Bookkeeper or similar finance role, with responsibility for day-to-day accounting activities. • Strong working knowledge of accounting software and confidence using Microsoft Excel. • Experience with bank reconciliations, purchase and sales ledger, VAT returns and maintaining accurate financial records. • Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
