Complex Care Support Worker  – Bristol Location: Bristol Hours: Saturday & Sunday plus holiday and sickness . 9.00 am - 17.00  Pay Rate:   £17.25 per hour to £18.25 per hour depending on shift. We're pr hour looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our team in Bristol, supporting clients with Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, and other complex needs. This is a rewarding role where you’ll be part of a supportive team helping someone live life to the fullest – from daily care to fun outings like bowling and meals out.  Please note: A full UK driving licence is essential. What You’ll Be Doing: • Providing tailored care and support to meet the client’s individual needs. • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation. • Administering medication and monitoring health. • Supporting the client in the community – including social activities. • Offering companionship and emotional support. • Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes. • Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members. What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours. • A positive, upbeat attitude and a great sense of humour. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. • Full UK driving licence.
