The Role As a Branch Manager, you will: • Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the branch • Drive business development and generate new property instructions • Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into listings • Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for vendors • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team • Generate new business opportunities and maximise cross-selling • Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations • Consistently achieve and exceed branch sales and profitability targets Branch Manager Requirements • Proven experience within estate agency, with a strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales • Previous leadership or management experience within a branch environment • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Commercially minded with the ability to grow market share and profitability • Target-driven, resilient, and highly motivated • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service • Professional approach with excellent organisational skills • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • £30,000 basic salary • Guaranteed earnings for the first three months • Realistic OTE of £55,000 • Uncapped commission structure • Company car or car allowance • Profit Share Scheme • Private healthcare • Life insurance • Structured career progression and development • Supportive, well-established independent agency Apply Today!
