Business Account Manager Leeds £55,000 - £72,000 Permanent Job Flexible working hours within a 37.5 hour permanent contract Your new role Hays are working with a leading and well-known business within the professional services industry who are looking for a Business Account Director to join a growing team, where you'll be responsible for managing accounts, building long-term partnerships and supporting the continued growth of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy over their accounts, developing networks and creating solutions that add genuine value to customers and stakeholders. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, business leaders and key partners. Financial services would be advantageous. • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within your market. • Creating and delivering business development plans that support wider business objectives. • Keeping up to date with market trends and identifying areas for growth. • Managing your own pipeline and prioritising opportunities effectively. • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to share knowledge and deliver the best outcomes. • Supporting a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and customer-focused. • Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
