Business AnalystLocation: Dublin Duration: 6 Months Working Pattern: 4 days onsite Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support day-to-day operational and analytical activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing assigned tasks with accuracy, adhering to established procedures, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. This role requires a disciplined individual who can identify discrepancies, escalate issues appropriately, and contribute to maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Perform daily operational tasks in line with defined procedures and guidelines • Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately and within deadlines • Monitor processes and proactively identify discrepancies or inconsistencies • Escalate issues in a timely and structured manner • Maintain high attention to detail when handling data and reporting outputs • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues • Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to existing processes Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) • Postgraduate qualification such as MBA (Finance) preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities • Ability to follow structured processes with consistency • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in handling data and reporting tools About PontoonPontoon is an employment consultancy dedicated to improving everyone's opportunity to be part of the workplace.
