Business Analyst (iOS, Android, eCommerce)

BUSINESS ANALYST(iOS, Android & eCommerce) • £450.00 pd • 12 months • Outside IR35 • UK or EU based (occasional London visits preferred) • Retail, eCommerce, iOS and Android experience The client in question is one I hold in very high regard. It is a fascinating organisation filled with a diverse array of extremely talented and hard-working people. We are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience in iOS and Android for retail and eCommerce. You will have worked in very close proximity to Design, User Experience, Product and Tech. Ideally you would have had exposure to liaising with international teams, and on occasion having to work outside of common/core hours (not weekends). Requirements & Analysis • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements. • Proactive analysis of business and user needs, translating these into clear, actionable requirements. • Identify and address constraints (e.g., legal, privacy, and compliance). • Map existing processes, highlighting gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Delivery & Quality Assurance • Write user stories with acceptance criteria, modifying and splitting requirements as appropriate. • Lead refinement and user story definition sessions. • Support a multitude of teams in understanding requirements and validating implementation.
