Business Analyst (x2) - Identity & Access Management (IGA)
Overview
We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager.
You will play a key role in defining and standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead discovery and documentation of global JML processes
• Map current and future state identity lifecycle processes
• Gather and define business and technical requirements
• Capture integration requirements (HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, AD/Entra)
• Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policies
• Document data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules
• Work with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Produce key documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps)
Skills & Experience
• Strong experience as a BA on IGA programmes (One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt)
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML, and access governance
• Experience working in large, complex global environments
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
• Experience with HR systems and identity integrations
• Understanding of identity data models and provisioning workflows
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and dependencies
