At Citi, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact. Job Overview Do you take ownership, stay curious, and perform at your best in dynamic, fast-moving environments? This role is ideal for someone who independently identifies what needs to be done, brings structure to detail-oriented work, and consistently delivers high-quality, accurate outputs. Citi is looking for a Business Routines Associate to support the operations and reporting activities that keep the Marketing and Content organization running with integrity and accountability. This role is central to keeping controls well-managed and reporting accurate - coordinating audit logistics, maintaining governance records, tracking regulatory commitments, and producing the data-driven reports that leadership depends on. If you bring strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to compliance and governance work, this is a role where your contributions will be visible and valued. Responsibilities: • Support semi-annual model reviews by gathering required inputs, maintaining supporting documentation, and tracking review progress through to completion. • Maintain governance repositories, records, and reporting trackers, ensuring all compliance documentation is current, organized, and accessible for review. • Track self-identified issues, remediation actions, and regulatory commitments, monitoring progress and escalating items that require attention. • Produce monthly governance reports and manage real estate reporting for the Marketing and Content function, reviewing data for accuracy before each submission. • Complete compliance-related activities and reporting across regulatory management, ensuring outputs meet required standards and deadlines. • Assess risk considerations in daily operations and escalate control issues with transparency to protect the organization, its clients, and its assets. • Help coordinate audit logistics for the Marketing and Content organization, including documentation preparation, evidence collection, and scheduling, to ensure audit activities are completed accurately and on time. Recommended Qualifications: • 5 to 8 years of experience in a governance, compliance, operations, or business management role, ideally within a regulated industry. • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build pivot tables, apply VLOOKUP formulas, and use complex formulas to manage and validate large data sets. • Experience managing databases and information repositories, with a consistent focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems. • Demonstrated ability to review data for errors and produce reliable, decision-ready reporting outputs under regular deadlines. • Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present governance and compliance information to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
