Business Development Engineer Permanent Position ASAP Start Coventry Business Development Engineer The Business Development Engineer will have the following responsibilities: • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Specialty OE customers • Engaging OEM customers early within vehicle development programmes to influence specification and secure programme positions • Leading RFQ’s and commercial proposals through to successful award • Building, managing, and converting a strong opportunity pipeline into programme wins • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to support long term business growth • Working closely with internal engineering and commercial teams to align resources behind key opportunities Business Development Engineer The Business Development Engineer will require the following experience: • Proven experience winning new business or securing programmes within the automotive or motorsport environment • Technical engineering understanding with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders • Experience managing RFQ processes and customer engagement activities • Degree educated (Open to relevant experience also) Company Benefits: • Competitive holiday allowance • Matched pension • Annual bonus scheme • Life Assurance • Annual pay reviews
