Business Development Manager As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for uncovering and converting new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships across your territory. You'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, build a strong pipeline of opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that create value for your customers and drive sustainable revenue growth. Skills & Experience Essential • Proven success in a Business Development, Account Management, or New Business Sales role. • Experience within cash & carry, wholesale, food distribution, foodservice, or food & beverage sectors. • A strong record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. • Experience negotiating with buyers and senior stakeholders. • Strong commercial awareness and solution-selling capability. • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales activity. • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. Desirable • Salesforce CRM experience. • Experience representing a business at industry exhibitions and trade events. • Knowledge of regional wholesale, foodservice, or distribution markets.
