Job description

Business Development Manager Location: Hybrid / Field-Based Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits Autograph Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a full pipeline and simply manage existing accounts. If you're commercially driven, confident engaging with decision-makers, and motivated by results, this could be for you. The Role As Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You'll be given the autonomy to manage your own territory while working closely with a supportive leadership team that genuinely values new ideas and commercial ambition. Responsibilities of Business Development Manager: • Identifying and developing new business opportunities. • Building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals. • Producing tailored proposals and presenting solutions to clients. • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. • Keeping your pipeline up to date using the CRM system. • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
