Business Intelligence Analyst Park Street, London Bridge (3 days remote working, 2 days office based) Up to £43,000 Hyde is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our collaborative and values-driven team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Hyde, you will produce high-quality reporting, management information and insight that supports effective decision-making across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will analyse data from a range of systems, develop clear reporting outputs and help strengthen data quality, governance and performance understanding. Key Duties • Produce timely, accurate KPI reports, dashboards and management information aligned to agreed business definitions. • Extract, manipulate and analyse data using SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, Sigma or similar platforms. • Identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities within data to support performance management and decision-making. • Promote strong data quality, governance, documentation and auditable reporting processes. • Work with stakeholders and data teams to translate reporting needs into practical, user-friendly analytical solutions. As a Business Intelligence Analyst we’re seeking someone who can bring: • Proven experience in BI, reporting or data analysis, delivering accurate management information and insight. • Experience with income data (rent arrears/rental role) is desirable. • Strong technical skills in SQL and BI or analytics tools such as Power BI, AWS Analytical Services, Snowflake, Sigma or similar. • A proactive mindset and passion for improving reporting, automation and evidence-based decision-making. • The ability to interpret complex data, communicate insight clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
