Contract Monitoring & Activity Analysis
Produce, analyse, and distribute monthly Service Level
Agreement Monitoring reports to practices.
Contract Monitoring: Tracking monthly contract performance,
such as Payment by outcome, and other KPIs.
Data Extraction & Modelling: Querying complex datasets
from EMIS reports and analyse patient activity vs. funding available.
Visualisation: Building interactive reporting dashboards to
present financial and clinical data to non-analytical stakeholders in general
practices and PCNs.
Forecasting: Modelling future demand, capacity, and service
efficiency to outcome delivery and risk mitigation.
Monitor performance against the LTC LIS Contract.
Identify, investigate, and report on significant variances
between actual patient activity and expected performance matrix.
Support the reconciliation and challenges process with PCNS
and NEL Integrated Care Boards
identifying opportunities to enhance capacity and patient
experience for
general practices
Maximising Income
To agree activity reconciliation and funding for practices
with NEL ICB to ensure that invoicing is raised by HH finance promptly.
Provide HH Finance team with accurate schedule of payments
due at practice level and reconcile income and costs on a monthly basis against
activity from Dashboard assigned by NEL CIB
Develop predictive models to forecast future patient
activity, demand, capacity, and corresponding income.
Conduct data-driven cost-benefit analyses to support
practices for capacity management or reducing costs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support to General Practices
Translate highly complex financial and technical data into
clear, user-friendly reports for non-analytical staff in practices. Provide
hands on support on site to practices as required.
Present analytical findings to PCN CDs, GP partners and
other practices staff and external commissioning partners to drive improvements
or maximise fund.
Build and maintain effective relationships with ICB, PCNs,
General Practice, and wider system partners.
Act as the main organisational interface for contract and
service-related matters.
Represent Havering Health at meetings as required.
Prepare and present reports, briefings as required.
