Job description

Location: Pencoed Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Pay Rate: £14.29 per hour We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Administrator to join our client's team on a 6 month temporary contract. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of business systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity and compliance with organisational processes. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain business-critical systems and associated data. • Configure, update and amend system records in line with business requirements. • Verify the accuracy and integrity of data entered into operational systems. • Manage system changes and maintain supporting documentation. • Liaise with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system updates. • Perform quality assurance and validation checks to ensure compliance with internal standards. • Investigate and resolve data and system-related issues. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance. • Work collaboratively with operational, quality, planning and technical teams. • Provide support and guidance to users on business applications where required. About YouThe successful candidate will have: • Previous experience in a business systems administration, data administration or systems support role. • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Experience maintaining accurate data and ensuring system integrity. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • The ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments. • Good IT skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office applications. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
