Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our clients team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our organisation by providing administrative support and managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management. • Communicate confidently and professionally via telephone and email with clients, suppliers, and team members. • Identify and resolve issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills. • Manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation for daily operations. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Proactively handle ad hoc administrative tasks and assist with other office functions as needed.
