Salary details: Grade 6, £26,403 - £27,255 pro rata (pay award pending)
Contract Type: Temporary to cover for maternity leave for 1 year
Hours: Part time, 22 hours per week (3 days)

We are currently looking to recruit a flexible, motivated, Business Support Officer to work in the Directorate Support Team where you will play an important role in the lives of the children in Doncaster.
Duties include (but not limited to):
• Providing comprehensive, efficient, effective administration support to all team members, liaise with professionals, external agencies and representatives, internal colleagues and members of the public
• Dealing with enquires from both internal and external customers ensuring that a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
• Updating records in excel and case management systems
• Taking electronic minutes for highly confidential meetings in various formats within set deadlines.
• Analyse data and statistics to evaluate service performance and outcomes. Conduct research and summarise findings to support service development.
• Work within Data Protection guidelines, handling sensitive and confidential data.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, be well organised, have excellent customer service skills, experience of minute taking and working to conflicting deadlines. We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person providing essential and valuable support service.
