Business Travel Consultant I am looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join this expanding team. This role is ideally suited to someone seeking a part-time position (3 days per week, including Friday cover), although open to full-time applications for the right candidate. Hybrid working with time spent in the office in Stevenage. This position is primarily focused on GDS operations using Galileo, supporting business travel clients with efficient and professional service. Business Travel Consultant Role and Responsibilities • Manage business travel bookings using Galileo • Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients • Handle amendments, cancellations, and complex itineraries • Manage and monitor GDS queues effectively Business Travel Skills and Experience required • Proven experience using Galileo • Experience within business travel consulting • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Business Travel Key Benefits • Flexible working options (part-time or full-time) • Supportive and collaborative team environment • Salary circa £32,500 FTE
