This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced butcher who takes pride in their craft and enjoys delivering a first-class customer experience. Working within our clients busy Farm Shop, you'll play a key role in preparing, presenting, and selling premium-quality meat products while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect. Key Responsibilities.... • Preparing and portioning a variety of meat products to a high standard. • Ensuring displays are well-stocked, visually appealing, and maintained throughout the day. • Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers. • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times. • Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment. About You.... To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: • At least 2 years' experience working as a butcher. • Strong knife skills and product knowledge. • A thorough understanding of food hygiene practices. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • A positive, team-focused attitude. • A full UK driving licence due to our rural location.
