Location: Refresh & Revive Café @ FTY Footy Lab Hours: Sundays About the Role Refresh & Revive Café is looking for a reliable, efficient team member to cover our Sunday café service on site at FTY. This is a versatile role suited for someone who is confident handling front-of-house customer service, taking care of basic food preparation, and assisting with catering setup for kids' birthday parties hosted on FTY. Key Responsibilities Greeting customers, taking orders, and managing payments efficiently. Preparing simple menu items, light meals, and hot snacks for FTY visitors and players. Prepping food platters and setting up catering for kids' parties on FTY. Serving hot/cold drinks and maintaining café stock levels. Keeping both the front counter and kitchen area clean, tidy, and compliant with food hygiene standards. Managing order flow during busy Sunday periods on FTY. Requirements Multitasking Ability: Comfortable managing customer orders, party prep, and basic kitchen duties simultaneously. Speed & Efficiency: Able to work calmly and quickly under pressure. Customer Service: Friendly, clear communicator who is comfortable dealing with families and large groups. Reliability: Consistent availability for Sunday shifts. Experience: Previous hospitality, catering, or food prep experience is preferred. Pay: From £13.50 per hour Work Location: In person
