Call Centre Agent - Fundraising

About the Role: You'll be working on behalf of respected charities, handling both inbound and outbound calls with existing supporters or warm leads – people already interested in the causes we represent. Your mission will be to develop inspiring and meaningful conversations that lead to vital donations. Whether you're new to contact centre work or already have experience, you'll thrive in our supportive, purpose-led team, helping to raise funds and awareness for important charitable work. At DTV Optimise, we offer flexible shift patterns within our core opening hours: • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Shift lengths: 5 to 8 hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
