Call Handler

We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Call Handler to join our client’s busy office-based team. This is initially a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (100+ calls per day) • Providing excellent customer service at all times • Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently • Logging and updating information accurately on internal systems • Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations The Ideal Candidate Will Have • Previous experience in a high-volume call handling or contact centre environment • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good IT and administrative skills • A reliable and professional approach to work Working Hours • Monday to Friday • 08:00am – 5:30pm • Office-based only This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position within a supportive and fast-paced working environment.
