We are looking for a suitably experienced qualified practitioner who will improve children and young peoples mental health through providing highly specialist clinical assessment and care planning. This will include working as part of multi-disciplinary team. As a CYP IAPT Service we endeavour to offer an accessible, evidence-basedservice to children and young people, that delivers the right intervention at the right time. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, with post registration experience to join our multi-disciplinary team. We use Routine Outcome Measures (ROMs) to evidence what we do and influence our practice. Training, as support, is offered regarding therapeutic interventions available within the offer. We welcome applicants wishing to work full or part time. Feedback from the Team: What personal and career development support is available for this person and what would a future career possibly look like for them: Alongside an induction and in-house training programme, there is opportunity to shadow other teams in CAMHS, supporting learning and development and experience in other specialist areas. What constitutes a great day at work for you:Supporting young people to access and engage in a community plan, avoiding long stays in hospitals, enabling them to remain close to their family and friends and all that they know. How do the team support each other: We have protected supervision, clinical, managerial and safeguarding, as well as regular team meetings and development afternoons supporting training and development, strategic planning and innovation and wellbeing sessions. We offer flexible working hours to meet the needs of the service. What sort of flexibility are you able to offer - We offer shift patterns 8am-5pm and 2pm-11pm working across the community and office bases. We support each other across the team offering a split of Early and Late shifts and weekend cover. As an employer and sponsor licence holder, to be able to provide sponsorship to overseas nationals via the Skilled Worker route we must ensure that we adhere to the sponsorship requirements set by UK Visas and Immigration. Please note without previous NHS Service you will commence at the bottom of the pay band which currently does not meet the minimum salary requirement for sponsorship for this post.
