• Experience of successfully managing construction or building projects through feasibility, design and delivery.
• Excellent technical knowledge of construction, building services and AutoCAD, together with experience of preparing technical specifications and contract documentation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects that improve healthcare environments.
