The Role As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering a first-class buying experience. Key responsibilities include: • Managing customer enquiries in person, online and over the phone • Selling premium used vehicles and associated finance, insurance and value-added products • Presenting finance solutions in line with FCA regulations • Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process • Conducting accurate vehicle appraisals and part-exchange valuations • Building long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals • Maintaining extensive product knowledge across prestige vehicle brands • Supporting departmental targets and overall business growth • Ensuring all customer interactions and documentation are completed accurately and professionally About You The ideal candidate will be passionate about cars, highly motivated and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
