Must be able to demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Trusts Values and Behaviours GCSE A-C in English and maths or equivalent Exercise instructor Qualification level 2 or above.
Experience of working within the healthcare setting
Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills Shows interest in caring for people Demonstrates enthusiasm and motivation customer care skills and patient focus Demonstrates ability to pass on knowledge to others Recognises own limitations Ability to work as part of a team and act on own initiative Able to manage own caseload Good time management Ability to give, receive and carry out instructions Ability to assist in the learning of others. Good organisational skills Competent in Microsoft office Act as an advocateAble to demonstrate a commitment to and understanding of the importance of treating all individuals with dignity and respect appropriate to their individual needs. Flexible approach to meet the needs of the service and user. Physically capable of preparing the exercise space for rehabilitation classes and restoring after classes. Able to travel across UHL sites and across Leicestershire.
