The Role – Care Assistant - maternity cover to include working alternative weekendsAs a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include: · Person-centred care: supporting residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and oral care while promoting independence and choice · Care planning: contributing to care reviews to ensure support plans reflect individual needs · Medication support: administering medication safely and in line with procedures · Activities & companionship: taking part in social activities, outings, and meaningful engagement within the home · Team support: helping new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when required What We’re Looking For· A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, please note: Under new guidance we are unable to accept skilled or student visas · Caring, positive, and reliable individuals · Previous care experience preferred as this is a night role, however fully funded training is provided Opportunity Available:· Care Assistant - maternity cover: 42 hours per week, 8am to 8pm on a two-week rolling rota to include working alternate weekends If you’re looking for a role where you can build relationships, make a real difference, and be part of a supportive team, we’d love to welcome you to Bosworth Care Home.
