The Care Practitioner (Nights) is responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents throughout the night. The role is focused on ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable and well cared for, while promoting dignity, respect, independence and choice. Working as part of the night team, the postholder will contribute to maintaining a calm and reassuring environment, responding promptly to residents' needs and supporting the smooth operation of the home outside of normal daytime hours.
