We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to join experienced teams across two residential care homes in beautiful coastal locations in North Wales. With over 25 years of experience in residential and dementia care, this provider has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work day shifts only, becoming part of a professional and caring team where residents are treated with dignity and respect, and staff are truly valued. About the ServiceThis long-established provider offers tailored residential and dementia care, with a strong focus on meeting the individual needs of each resident. The service includes two homes: • One located in a popular seaside town • One based in a picturesque coastal setting Both homes are set within private grounds and provide a comfortable, homely environment designed to help residents feel safe, settled, and supported. Care is delivered 24 hours a day by a dedicated and experienced team, with day staff playing a key role in supporting residents’ daily routines, activities, and wellbeing.
