Care Team Leader

Looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference and support others to thrive?Join the Agincare family as a Care Team Leader at Waterloo care home, where your leadership, compassion and experience will help shape a safe, happy, and supportive home for our residents and team.What we offer: • £14.36 per hour • Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000) • Ongoing career development & fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 • Blue Light discount package • Company pension scheme • On-demand pay We’re looking for: • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK • At least 2 years’ experience in social care • Qualified to a level 3 in Health & Social Care, or be working towards. • Previous experience in a Care home setting • 42 hours per week (day shifts) • Availability to work alternate weekends Your role: • Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship • Support residents with personal care and daily living • Encourage independence and wellbeing • Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings • Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals • Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management In this role, your care goes beyond tasks; it’s in how you lead, support your team, and create a warm , welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home.If you’re ready to take the next step in your care career, we’d love to hear from you.
