Caretaker Wanted – Short-Term Opportunity in Sunderland! Location: 82 Aldenham Tower, Sunderland SR3 3BA Start Date: Monday, 27th Monday Duration: Approx. 3 weeks Pay: £14.29/hour (PAYE) Holiday Entitlement: 31 days (pro rata) Are you reliable, hands-on, and ready to make a difference in your local community? We’re looking for a Caretaker to join our team for a short-term assignment in Sunderland. What You’ll Be Doing: • Keeping communal areas clean and tidy (vacuuming, glass cleaning, etc.) • Maintaining shared toilets and rooms • Supporting access and refuge management • Monitoring bin chutes and reporting emergencies • General cleaning and manual handling tasks Working Hours: • Mon–Thurs: 8:00am – 4:30pm • Fri: 8:00am – 12:00pm What You’ll Need: • Basic DBS check • Ability to work independently • Steel cap boots & black trousers (other equipment provided) Interested?
