Reservations Agent - permanent role Stanwell Based £30,000 - £32,000 I am looking for a customer-focused Reservations & Customer Service Executive to support airline and freight forwarding customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookings, responding to customer enquiries, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Manage customer bookings via email and telephone, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and reservation requests. • Monitor flight bookings and provide customers with timely updates on shipments and any service changes. • Prepare and distribute operational and performance reports as required. • Support commercial activities by identifying upselling opportunities and maximising revenue where appropriate. • Liaise with internal sales teams regarding market trends, customer requirements, and volume opportunities. • Maintain accurate booking, documentation, and airway bill records. • Monitor customer booking commitments and assist with allocation management. • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues within agreed service levels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners. • Represent the business professionally at all times and support customer events when required. • Assist colleagues and management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
