Case Manager (Legal, Mortgage & Financial Services) Liverpool £28,000 - £35,000+ Bonus Monday - Friday | 9.00am - 5.00pm Join a business that's going places. Beam Recruit are partnering with a growing independent financial services business in Liverpool to recruit a Case Manager. The Role You'll manage multiple client cases from enquiry through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with clients and third parties, you'll keep multiple cases moving at once, ensuring every detail is accurate, deadlines are met and communication is first class. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple live cases from enquiry through to completion. • Liaise with clients, lenders and third parties to keep cases progressing. • Gather, review and process documentation accurately. • Keep clients informed throughout every stage of the process. • Chase outstanding information and resolve queries. • Maintain accurate records using the CRM system. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. About You You'll be someone who enjoys being busy, thrives on organisation and gets satisfaction from seeing a case through from start to finish.
