The Case Progression Manager will oversee the effective management of casework processes within the not-for-profit sector, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer service objectives. This temporary position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on operational efficiency and compliance.

Description
• Promote clarity of the Case Manager role across teams.
• Track case progression, ensuring timeliness and risk mitigation.
• Analyse data to identify trends and inform planning.
• Provide accurate data for reporting and governance.
• Deliver targeted training to improve practice and compliance.
• Liaise between JLT, managers, and senior leadership.
• Contribute to key meetings supporting oversight.
• Escalate non-compliance with proceedings timescales.
Profile
A successful Case Progression Manager should have:
• Experience in case management or a related customer service role within the not-for-profit sector.
• Qualification in social work and registered with Social Work England.
• Good understanding of MS Office, especially Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• High level of understanding of the care proceedings/ family justice system and experience of undertaking care proceedings.
• Up to date with legislation, policies and procedures.
• Experience of working with looked after children, including involvement in complex legal proceedings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
• An hourly rate of £23.00 to £29.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
