Responsibilities • Provide friendly and efficient cashier services, handling transactions accurately and swiftly to ensure a seamless guest experience • Assist customers with inquiries, guiding them through products or services while maintaining a positive attitude • Manage daily operational tasks such as stock replenishment, cleanliness, and organization of the service area • Support management in implementing store policies, procedures, and promotional activities to enhance guest engagement • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding hospitality and guest services at all times • Handle cash register operations, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash floats with integrity Experience • Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within retail, hospitality, or customer service environments is preferred • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to assist diverse customers and team members • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous • A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and guest needs Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values energetic service, management excellence, and memorable guest experiences.
