The Catering Assistant is responsible for supporting the catering team in the preparation and service of meals and refreshments for residents, visitors and colleagues. The postholder will assist in maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and customer service while ensuring residents receive a positive dining experience. Working closely with the Chef and wider kitchen team, the Catering Assistant will help ensure catering services are delivered efficiently and in accordance with company policies, food hygiene regulations and relevant health and safety requirements.
