Permanent, Part time 4 days a week
£50,000-£53,000 per annum

Were looking for a CBT Supervisor to join our Children & Young Persons Service and provide supervision whilst helping shape safe, effective and evidence-based practice.
Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a CBT Supervisor. Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
• Provide training, support and supervision to our network of CBT therapists and support the team with data audits of clinical performance.
• Handle risk in line with our policies and record any incidents of concern, ensuring implementation of lessons learned.
• Lead on policy reviews and implement changes within the clinical team.
• Hold a small clinical caseload.

Experience and Qualifications Were Looking For
• CYP CBT qualification with BABCP accreditation.
• CBT supervision qualification with experience supervising CBT therapists.
• Experience working within mental health services delivering high intensity CBT.
