CFO Advisory Lead - Contract Position We are excited to offer this unique opportunity on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading entity in the Insurance industry. Currently, they are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join their Finance division as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Advisory Lead on a contract basis. This contract is an initial 9-months. Role and Responsibilities • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the Head of Finance Advisory and other top management members. • Lead initiatives to enhance financial transparency and control throughout the company. • Develop framework and methodologies for non-Sarbanes-Oxley Act financial controls. • Produce and review syndicate reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, advise on forecasts, and mitigate risks. • Refreshing accounting policies and addressing accounting issues with aim of product result of creating and presenting technical paper to the board and execs. Key Skills and Qualifications • Extensive experience in financial controls and reporting within the Insurance sector. • Lloyds experience and abreast with technical accounting and reporting standards • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Capability to work independently and drive projects to completion effectively. • Understanding of the financial regulations affecting the Insurance industry. • Prior Consultancy experience, including CFO Advisory is preferred.
