Job description

Change and Process Lead London, Hybrid – 3 days in the office £90,000 - £100,000 This is a Change and Process Lead role within a large, global insurance business where you’ll be playing a key role in the delivery of major business transformation programmes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, Programme Managers, Process Excellence teams and operational leaders, you'll be responsible for ensuring change is effectively understood, communicated and embedded across the business, helping people successfully adopt new processes, technology and ways of working. You'll lead the change activity across complex transformation programmes, understanding how proposed changes will impact different teams and developing clear plans to support the business through them. This will include stakeholder engagement, change impact and readiness assessments, communications, training and adoption, as well as identifying potential risks or resistance to change. You'll work closely with Process and Operational Excellence teams to ensure new processes are properly embedded and track how successfully changes are being adopted across the organisation. They're looking for somebody with significant Change Management experience gained across large scale transformation programmes, ideally within a complex or regulated organisation. You'll need experience developing and delivering structured change strategies, engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and managing the people and adoption side of major business change. PROSCI certification or an equivalent Change Management qualification is ideal while experience within Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, Lean or Continuous Improvement environments would be highly beneficial.
