| Chartered Rural Surveyor | £35,000 - £55,000 | Route to Partnership | Rural Consultancy | MRICS or AssocRICS qualified and looking to build your career in rural surveying? We're recruiting for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join a well-established rural professional services team based in the Beauly area. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of rural consultancy services, including estate management, valuations, renewables, telecoms, and strategic land advice. This role offers genuine variety, strong career progression, and the opportunity to develop new and existing client relationships while working within a supportive and forward-thinking team. The Role As a Chartered Rural Surveyor, you will: • Deliver a wide range of rural professional services to a diverse client base • Undertake RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals • Manage agricultural, commercial, and residential property and estate portfolios • Provide advice on landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves • Advising on renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage) • Support strategic land management advice for private and public sector clients • Contribute to estate management activities across rural holdings • Identify and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients • Work across natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests where required • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality consultancy services Chartered Rural Surveyor Requirements • MRICS or AssocRICS qualified • FAAV qualification desirable but not essential • Previous experience in rural surveying, estate management, or land agency • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills • Letting Agent Registrar compliant qualification is desirable • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What's on Offer? • Salary £35,000 - £55,000 • Discretionary and performance-related bonus scheme • Birthday day off • Pension contribution • Mental health and wellbeing support • Volunteer leave entitlement • Cycle to Work scheme • Annual staff conference • Social and sporting events • Clear career progression with a route to partnership • Ongoing professional development opportunities Working Hours • Full-time position • This is an office-based role in Scotland, Beauly Apply Today!
