Chef de Partie £32,000 per annum + Tips Harlow, Essex (CM22) Full-Time | Permanent Chef de Partie – Fresh Food Gastro Pub An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established gastro pub on the outskirts of Harlow. This busy, newly refurbished venue has built an excellent reputation for its high-quality food, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and preparing everything in-house. The pub features an 80-cover restaurant, private function room, outdoor dining for up to 50 guests and 10 guest bedrooms. The Role As Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your own section, working alongside an experienced kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards of food and presentation. Responsibilities • Running your own section during service. • Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard. • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations. • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards. • Assisting with stock rotation and reducing food waste. • Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service. • Working as part of a professional and supportive team. What We're Looking For • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step. • Experience in a fresh food kitchen. • Passion for producing quality dishes using fresh ingredients. • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service. • A positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills. • Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety.
