Chef De Partie

Chef de Partie Swindon 40 hours – 5/7 days Permanent Salary is dependent on experience Owing to location all applicants MUST have a driving licence and own transport. We are seeking a Chef de Partie for our Client who has a busy kitchen in a country hotel on the outskirts of Swindon. The Head Chef needs a capable person to work on all sections in the kitchen. also learning to cover some shifts and on his days off. The hotel is a popular dining venue with locals and visitors. Requirements: • All Chef de Parties applying for this role should be used to working across the sections in busy kitchens where you will be preparing all fresh food. • You will need to be a team player who enjoys supporting the senior chefs whilst helping to supervise the junior chefs.
