Childcare Solicitor Permanent | 2+ Years’ PQE Location: Greater Manchester Are you passionate about safeguarding vulnerable children? A well-established and highly regarded Greater Manchester law firm is seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join its growing childcare team. Known for its excellent reputation in childcare and family law, the firm offers a supportive and collaborative working environment. You will join a friendly team of five specialist care lawyers, supported by experienced secretarial and paralegal staff. This role may also suit candidates seeking part-time working arrangements. The Role You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, primarily involving: • Care proceedings • PLO (Public Law Outline) pre-proceedings work • Representing clients in childcare matters • Drafting legal documents and case preparation • Advocacy where appropriate You will also work closely with colleagues within the childcare team to deliver high-quality legal services to vulnerable children and families.
