Children's Community Nurse

The postholder will provide highquality, specialist community nursing care to children and young people with acute, chronic, complex and palliative health needs. Care will be delivered in homes, schools, clinics, and other community settings, ensuring children can access education, daily activities, and safe care closer to home.
