You will be supporting young people facing significant emotional challenges, creating structure, and offering reassurance in moments of distress. If you have experience as a Youth Worker, Support Worker, Education Assistant, Residential Care Worker, or Childcare Practitioner, this position would be an excellent match for you. How you will make a difference • Support Development: Deliver person centred care that encourages daily life skills and independence. • Manage Risk: Confidently handle verbal and physical aggression using positive behavioural support frameworks. • Maintain Records: Log precise daily records to ensure compliance and support therapy teams. What you will bring • Background: At least 6 months of paid UK support work experience in care. • Mindset: A calm, empathetic, and structured approach to supporting young people. • License: A UK driving licence and vehicle access are highly preferred due to placement locations.
