The Role & Requirements:Supporting young people in a residential setting, you will use your experience to de-escalate challenging behaviours, build trust, and maintain accurate daily records to support long-term care plans. • Experience: Minimum 6 months of paid UK care experience (ideally residential). • Skills: Calm and resilient under pressure; confident in making quick, safe decisions. • Compliance: PMVA training is highly desirable (or a willingness to train), and a DBS on the update service (or support for a new application). • Ideally, you will have a driver's licence and business insurance to assist with daily activities.
