You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we're helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come. We are currently looking for an Senior Civil Engineer, who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance. As the Senior Civil Engineer, you will: • Deliver a diverse portfolio of water recycling and water supply projects that make a real impact. • Lead, coach, and develop junior engineers, building capability and future talent across the team. • Drive outcome-focused, low-carbon solutions that protect nature and harness digital innovation. • Build strong professional networks across the @one Alliance and its wider partner community. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, and Construction Managers to achieve successful project outcomes. What you'll bring to the role: • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through relevant industry experience. • Ideally chartered, or actively working towards professional chartership. • Strong practical civil design experience, preferably within the water or wastewater sector. • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop junior engineers. • Good understanding of modular construction methods, processes, and best practice.
