As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll play a key role in helping individuals begin their personal injury claim, delivering an empathetic and professional service from the very first conversation. The Opportunity As a Claims Assistant, you will: • Be the first point of contact for prospective clients making personal injury enquiries. • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls. • Gather key information and accurately record details on the case management system. • Assess the viability of new claims. • Ensure claims are progressed through the correct legal process. • Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism. • Support the wider legal team with administrative and case-related tasks where required. What We're Looking For You'll ideally have: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A confident and professional telephone manner. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). • Previous experience in a customer-facing or telephone-based role. • Experience within personal injury or legal services would be advantageous but is not essential. • A Law degree, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification is desirable.
